Our S.H.E Department is managed by a professional S.H.E management company. The company ensures all Safety, Health, and Environmental standards are met. They encourage, advise, assist, and monitor Nodolo Enterprise members and their sub-contractors/suppliers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety Regulations.
- Promoting awareness of risks and identifying hazards.
- Providing safety, health, and environment training for personnel.
- Ensuring the use of safety clothing and equipment.
- Appointing health and safety representatives for all sites.
- Conducting induction training for all personnel.
- Coordinating emergency and incident investigations.
